INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4-6
4 mangos, diced
½ cup honey
½ cup water
PREPARATION
1. Cut mangoes into ½-inch cubes and put on baking sheet. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
2. In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth. 3. Remove from food processor and scoop into tray.
4. Freeze for one additional hour.
5. Enjoy!
