Picard Didn"t Kill Missing Season 2 Character, Confirms Showrunner
Warning: SPOILERS for Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Episode 9 - "Vox"Star Trek: Picard season 3 showrunner Terry Matalas confirmed that a missing character from the previous seasons of Picard wasn't killed offscreen in episode 9, "Vox." Starfleet was assimilated by the unholy alliance of the Borg and the Changelings during Picard season 3, episode 9's Frontier Day celebration. The Borg and the Changelings took control of Starfleet and destroyed the USS Excelsior, which Elnor (Evan Evagora) was stationed aboard in Star Trek: Picard season 2.On Twitter, Terry Matalas addressed a fan asking about Elnor's fate, and he stated definitively that the Romulan Starfleet Cadet was not aboard the USS Excelsior when it was destroyed.
