Star Wars" Next Movie Will Leave George Lucas Behind & Begin A New Chapter For The Saga
Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has indicated the next Star Wars movie will be moving on from George Lucas, as Rey's New Jedi Order film will begin a new chapter. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker marked the end of Lucasfilm's mission to complete Lucas' nine-episode saga, and Rey's next adventure will take her 15 years into the future. With the first phase of Disney's Star Wars effectively over, the franchise is looking to move in new directions.|
